Personal Data Processing Policy
Operator and enquiries
The operator of DJGO Online is Individual Entrepreneur Iraklii Rostomovich Meskhadze (ИП Месхадзе Ираклий Ростомович). Website: https://djgo.online/. Privacy contact: info@djgo.ru. Russian registration and taxpayer identifiers appear on the Contact and Legal Information page.
This policy describes DJGO Online's processing of visitor, DJ, viewer and applicant data. It is not consent to every form of processing and does not replace separate consent where required.

Different purposes may have different legal bases. Declining optional analytics does not restrict recording or website use. Submitting a request or supporting DJGO does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
DJGO PRO artist page
An approved page and its point on the planet are visible to every visitor; the «Looking for / Offering» block is shown to community members only. «Hide from the planet» removes the point while the page still opens by its link. Page files are kept in Timeweb cloud storage (Russia) and open through temporary links. Sign-in codes come from info@djgo.pro or the DJGO Telegram bot; messages sent to the bot are read by DJGO administrators to answer them. «Delete my page» removes the page from the planet and its link at once; it can be restored for 30 days, then the page and files are erased for good. DJGO news is sent only with a separate consent.
Information on your device
Private recordings and moments use IndexedDB; preferences and drafts use localStorage/sessionStorage. Clearing site data may remove them and stored studio access. Downloaded files are stored separately on your device.
Public broadcasting sends media through servers. Messages and published information are also processed on servers. In the current workflow, a public broadcast reel may upload automatically after rendering; a private recording reel remains local. Keep important files yourself: DJGO is not a permanent archive.
Access and external services
Authorised operator personnel access information as necessary for applications, moderation, support and service operation. Infrastructure uses Timeweb hosting and a LiveKit-based media server. A software developer does not become a data recipient simply because its software is used.
Particular functions use Telegram for contact/moderation, Twitch for external broadcasts and embedded video, Yandex Metrika for optional analytics and Robokassa for payments. Their processing depends on actual roles, service terms and applicable law. When sending a broadcast externally, consider that service's own rules and operating geography. Ask the operator for details of specific processing and recipients.
Yandex Metrika is not loaded in the application containing studios, private links and recordings or on legal-information pages. Screen interaction recording and session replay are disabled. Page and referral addresses we supply exclude private parameters and fragments.
Public material is accessible to the general public. Removal from DJGO does not guarantee deletion of downloaded copies or independent publications on external platforms.
Ending processing and retention
Information is used no longer than necessary for the stated purpose unless another valid basis requires continuation. To close a studio, remove a publication or request erasure, contact the operator. If specific records must remain for legal duties, complaints or protection of rights, the operator explains the basis and limits their use to that purpose.
Published reels may be removed following changes to the featured selection or moderation. Automatic cleanup checks the featured selection every minute: a reel and its poster are normally deleted from the server about 2–3 minutes after leaving the homepage selection. Hosting interruptions may delay deletion. Files saved on the user’s device are retained; previous public links to deleted reels stop working. Browser data is managed on the device; backups and copies already sent externally require separate handling.
Your rights
You may request processing information, correction, withdrawal of consent, cessation of dissemination or erasure where applicable. Supply enough information to locate the record; do not send a passport in advance. Where verification is needed, the operator will propose a proportionate method to avoid disclosure to another person. Withdrawal does not undo previously lawful processing or remove another valid basis.
