DJGO Terms of Use
1. About the service
DJGO at djgo.online provides tools for recording DJ sets, creating short videos, broadcasting and reaching listeners. These terms cover DJGO Online. They are not a contract for tuition, physical studio rental or access to DJ Pool.
2. Private studio and broadcasts
For private recording, grant browser access only to the devices you intend to use. Connecting a camera or microphone does not itself start a public broadcast.
Private studio recordings and saved moments are stored in your device's browser until you delete them or the browser clears its storage. Download important files: clearing storage, losing access to it or running out of space may cause loss of recordings.
Broadcasting requires an application and access to an approved studio. Starting a broadcast sends the selected audio and video through servers and makes them available to listeners. Public DJ and broadcast details are displayed within the scope of your publication consent. Contact details marked private in the form are not intended for publication.
Keep your private studio control link confidential. Contact the operator if someone else obtains it.
3. Recordings and reels
Reels are assembled from available moments. Automatic selection may not match your view of the best sections and does not guarantee transition quality or audience growth.
In the current workflow, a reel from a public broadcast is uploaded to DJGO after automatic rendering; a private studio reel stays on your device. Before broadcasting, check the selected sources and your rights in the materials being published. These terms do not replace any necessary separate consent for processing or public dissemination of personal data.
DJGO is not a permanent archive. Published reels may be removed when the featured selection changes, through moderation or under revised storage rules. Keep your own copy. Current retention rules for published reels are described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Rights in materials
You retain rights in your own materials. When uploading or transmitting material, you confirm that you hold the rights and permissions required for your selected uses: broadcasting, recording, editing, publishing and sending to an external platform.
To the extent of the rights you hold, you grant DJGO a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to reproduce, technically convert, edit using your chosen tools, transmit and make the material publicly available to carry out your actions in the service. This permission covers territories where the material is accessible online and lasts while it is hosted and technically processed as necessary. It does not permit DJGO to sell your music separately or use your likeness in third-party advertising without separate permission.
This permission cannot transfer third-party rights you do not hold. Access to a track, purchasing a file or holding a subscription elsewhere does not itself establish public broadcasting rights. DJGO's statutory obligations remain in force.
5. Rules and restrictions
Follow the Content and Copyright Policy. Do not publish another person's private data without a lawful basis, impersonate others or use the service unlawfully. DJGO may restrict material or broadcasts following a violation, a substantiated complaint or a security threat. Contact the operator to ask for reasons or a review.
6. External services and availability
Recording and rendering performance depend on your device, browser and available storage; broadcast quality also depends on your connection and equipment. External platforms, including Twitch, have their own rules and may restrict content. A connection button does not guarantee approval by an external platform.
7. Charges and liability
Voluntary support is not a required payment for recording, reels or broadcasting and does not guarantee promotion. If paid features are introduced, their prices and terms will be displayed separately before ordering.
Each party is responsible as provided by applicable law. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Requests and changes
Use the Contact page for questions, complaints and removal requests. Revisions will identify their date and changes; new terms do not retrospectively reduce mandatory rights that have already arisen. Russian and English versions should have the same meaning; report discrepancies to the operator. Mandatory applicable law remains effective regardless of language.
