Supporting DJGO: offer and prices
This document is a public offer by Individual Entrepreneur (sole proprietor) Iraklii Rostomovich Meskhadze (INN 772270377407, OGRNIP 318774600584896, Moscow; the "Operator") to accept voluntary payments supporting the DJGO Online service (https://djgo.online/). Paying a support amount means you accept these terms.
1. What support is
DJGO Online is a free service for DJs and musicians: a planet of streams and radio, a personal studio for recording sets, live streams with chat and reactions, automatic short videos (reels) from streams, DJGO PRO artist pages and an events listing.
Support is a voluntary one-time payment that helps the service grow: servers, video and music storage, streaming and new features. You decide whether to support and how much.
Support is not required to use DJGO; every feature works without it. It is not a subscription, advertising, a spot on the home page, a music licence or a promotion guarantee, and it grants no extra rights. It is not a charity collection.
2. Prices
All amounts are in Russian roubles (RUB).

All options have the same effect — supporting the service; only the amount differs. The payment is one-time: no repeat charges or automatic renewal. No fee is charged to you unless the payment service shows one before you confirm.
3. How payment works
1. Press "Support DJGO" on the site and choose an amount.
2. A secure Robokassa payment page opens showing the amount, currency and recipient before you confirm. You can pay by bank card, SBP or another method Robokassa offers.
3. Card details are entered only on the Robokassa page; the Operator never receives or stores them. DJGO never asks for card details or confirmation codes by chat or e-mail.
4. The payment is complete once Robokassa confirms it. A receipt is sent to the e-mail given at checkout as required by law.
5. You can close the page before confirming — nothing is charged.
4. Mistaken payment and refund
If you paid by mistake, were charged twice or the amount differs from your choice, write to info@djgo.pro within 14 days of payment with the date, amount, operation number (if any) and the e-mail that received the receipt. Never send the full card number, CVV or SMS codes.
The Operator reviews the request within 10 business days. If the error is confirmed, the money is returned by the original payment method, usually the same card; crediting time depends on the bank. These terms do not limit your statutory rights.
5. Privacy
Supporters' names and amounts are never published. Payment data is used only to process the payment, issue the receipt and answer requests, and is not used for marketing. See "Personal Data" for details.
6. Future paid services
If paid features appear on DJGO, their description, price in roubles and terms will be published on the site before they can be paid for.
