Content and Copyright Policy
What to publish
Use music, video, images and descriptions for which you hold the rights needed for the selected use. Permission for private listening does not establish broadcasting or reel publication rights. Observe an external platform's separate rules when relaying there.
Do not post unlawful content, threats, harassment, private contact or access details; impersonate others; or bypass service restrictions. Obtain necessary permissions for people appearing in footage or recordings. Avoid filming documents and private conversations.
Moderation
The operator may request explanations, temporarily restrict access, stop a broadcast or remove infringing material. Action depends on the issue and available information. For review, contact the operator with a material link and explanation. These rules do not promise advance review of every track or remove DJGO's own duties.
Rights-holder complaints
Send a complaint using the Contact page. Include your name/entity and reply contact, the exact material address, the work and rights affected, your authority to act and the action requested. Provide proportionate supporting evidence. Full card details or a passport are not required for an ordinary initial complaint.
The operator reviews the report, requests clarification if necessary and takes appropriate steps under law. The DJ may receive the substance of the complaint without unnecessary personal details of the complainant. The DJ may respond with permission or evidence of mistaken identification.
Removal and copies
Removal from DJGO cannot guarantee deletion of viewer copies or material on independent platforms. Automatic editing does not grant a music licence. Featuring material does not endorse all statements made by its author.
